At Glorious Shine, we prioritize the quality of our products and your satisfaction. While all our pieces are carefully inspected before dispatch, we understand that issues may sometimes arise. Please review our return and refund terms below.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only for items that arrive damaged.
To initiate a return, you must send video proof of the damage within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Once your return is approved, we will offer either:
A replacement, or
A full refund, depending on your preference and product availability.
All sales are final for non-damaged items.

Returns must be sent to the following address:

If your return is approved:
We will send you a return shipping label.
You will receive instructions on how and where to send your return package.
⚠️ Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once we receive and inspect your return:
We will notify you of the refund approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
